You can only transfer virtual numbers to other Call.com accounts in the PWA. This feature is not available in the mobile apps
How to transfer a virtual number:
1. Click the "Virtual phone numbers" button at the bottom of the app home screen
2. Select the number you want to transfer
3. Select the "Transfer phone number", and then click the "Select contact" button
4.Click the "Save" button
If you want to get the number back, you need to reach out to the person you transferred the number to
